THE PROCESS

STEP #1 - View The Property

  www.azflip.com will note if the property is vacant or occupied.  If it is vacant, please contact Sales@Azflip.com or 480-442-2701 for the lockbox code.  If occupied, please do not disturb occupants.  

STEP #2 - Inspection Period

 There is no inspection period on any of our properties.  If you would like to purchase a property, please complete all due diligence prior to committing to purchase the property. 

STEP #3 - Contact Us to Purchase the Property

 Let us know you have viewed the property, have completed your due diligence and are 100% ready to move forward with the purchase of the property.  We will need you to send the buyer name for the contract at that time.  


 Note: Please let us know if you would like us to provide hard money financing.

STEP #4 - Contract & Earnest

 We will draft and send over a standard two page wholesale contract via Docusign for signature.  We require non-refundable earnest via cashiers check or wire only to be deposited with title by the end of the day.  Or if contract is sent over in the afternoon or evening, they will be required by noon the following day.  Earnest money is non-refundable for any reason unless we cannot deliver clear title.
