Regardless of which of our properties you are interested in, you won’t need to schedule calls with the owner or worry about them changing their mind since you’re buying directly from us. We have a simple, four-step process for buying with AZFlip.com.

Step 1:
Find Your Next Property

View the property on our website to review photos and property details. Each listing will state whether the property is vacant or occupied. Vacant units can be visited with a lockbox code available through our office while occupied units will note if you can schedule an appointment to view or need to be viewed online or from the street without disturbing the residents.

Step 2:

Inspect the property and perform any due diligence that you desire. Our properties have no inspection period and your due diligence must be done before making your final decision regarding whether or not to move forward with the purchase.

Step 3:
Commit to Purchasing

Once you’ve taken time to explore the property and are ready to proceed, reach out to our team and let us know. We will require the name of the individual or entity purchasing the property in order to prepare the contract. AZFlip.com will write up the contract and send it over at this time.

Step 4:
Contract Completion and Title Transfer

We use Authentisign for safe and quick contract sharing and signing. Our standard contract is two pages long to make reviewing terms easy. Each purchase does require a non-refundable earnest money deposit which can be paid with a cashier’s check or wire transfer directly deposited to the title company. Deposits will only be refunded should the title company not be able to deliver clear title.
